Submission through Online Payment (VISA FEE)

• Original passport, NEW AND OLD ALL THE STAMPED PAGES

• Application form duly filled and signed by the applicant (imm5257E)

• Family information form (imm5645E)

• Two photos with white background as per specimen (35MM X 45MM, glassy finish with 80% face coverage)

• Personal Covering letter from applicant

• Leave letter from company (With Company Seal and sign if working) 7. Pay slip last six months (if working)

• Bank statement updated 3 months

• IT Returns copy - Personal (3 Years)

• Marriage certificate (mandatory)

• Aadhar card

• Retired proof (if retired person)

(If any name change in passport : name change affidavit ) (mandatory)

• If someone inviting required below documents

• Invitation letter from invitee

• Invitee passport copy (first, last and visa page /residence card copy)

• Proof of stay in Canada

• Bank statement with bank seal and sign (6 Months)
