Visa Checklist

Days required 45-60 working days

• Original passports, Minimum 6 months valid passport (old and new)

• VISA form (1017)

• Form 1224

• Personal covering letter. If the guest is a Company owner, then the letter should be on business

• Letterhead.

• Last 3 years Income tax papers of the booked guest.

• 3 months Original updated bank statement with seal and signature of bank-(balance should be more than the total tour cost)

• Fixed deposits (If any)

• LIC Bonds/Share certificates/Post Office RD (If any)

• Retirement letter (if retired)

• NOC from company (on company letterhead with seal and signature for salaried employee)

• Death certificate (If Widow/widower)

• NOC from husband/wife if married and travelling Single.

• Photos (35 x 45, milky white background with 80% facial image and matt finish, with dark outfits and no glasses)- 4 copies each

• Student proof (letter from school/university, ID Cards copy )

• Business proof (Company registration / VAT certificate Copy / GST Certificate )

• If Business ( 3 months Original updated Company bank statement with seal and signature of the bank along with your personal Bank Statement ) + 3 years Income Tax Return

• 4 Months Salary Slips / Certificate ( if working ) with Company Seal & Sign.

• Sponsorship letter (if applicable)

• Aadhar card

• Marriage certificate (if any)

• Education Certificate

Invitee documents:

• Invitation letter

• Passport and PR card

• Bank statement update 3 months

• Address proof
