Please share the duly filled attached application form (for online form filling) along with Applicant must share their individual email id (either official or personal for online process).

Photographs 35mm x 45mm 80 % face cover in the photos / white back ground / glossy finished

Validity of the Passport should be at least six months being the intended stay in Philippines

Notarized Original Invitation letter required on a single sheet with invitee name, designation, mail id and contact details on the letter, the invitation should specify the duration of stay and purpose of visit.

A copy of the Company’s Registration Certificate with S E C should be submitted with the Letter of Invitation from Philippines.

Inviter national Id copy with signature page

Guaranty letter from Indian or Philippines company (This Guaranty letter required for applicant return India)

Employment certificate from Indian company (Attached format)

Covering letter from the Company of India. Need Mobile no. of the signing Authority in the Covering letter

Indian company registration copy

(2024) The Bank certifying that the Company is maintaining a Current Account giving the Account Number. This letter holds good for the whole Calendar year (For Each submission)

Original Letter from the Indian company for signing authority of cover letter on company letter head (Format Here with attached)

Personal Original Bank statement last 6 months along with bank seal and signature, Minimum balance has to been maintained above 80,000/- for each applicant for tourist and business

Hotel confirmation OR Staying details in Philippines along with contact number

Confirmed air ticket

Travel insurance for COVID-19 treatment costs from reputable insurance providers, with a minimum coverage of USD 35,000.00 for the duration of their stay in the Philippines.-Photocopy

Fully vaccinated proof copy.

Note: Depending on the initial evaluation of the visa processors, other documents may be required. Applicants are advised to submit their documents at least ten days before scheduled departure to the Philippines. Kindly submit in person or through any accredited agents. Couriers are not entertained.
